VRH provided construction management-at-risk (CMAR) services for the construction of American Airlines’ new 36-gate, 1.5 million s.f. terminal complex at John F. Kennedy International Airport. As the CMAR, VRH ensured operational continuity for the entirety of this multi-phased, eight-year project that was constructed under a joint venture agreement.
