This project entailed the construction of a new 350,000 s.f., ground-up, LEED-certified, Class A warehouse and office space facility with over sixty (60) truck dock positions and three (3) aircraft parking positions for Realterm at Cargo Area D, adjacent to North Boundary Road at John F. Kennedy International Airport. As a sole-venture project for VRH, this project is also the first new ground-up facility built at JFK in the last three decades.
